Recipe of Award-winning Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients and seasonings for making chicken noodle soup:
- 2 cups white rice
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 can (12 ounces) butterfly paste
- 3 stalks of celery, chopped
- 3 carrots (grated)
- 1 tablespoon red bell pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 4 ounces chicken stock
Steps to prepare Chicken Noodle Soup

- Remove a large skillet, drizzle olive oil into the skillet, and turn the stove over to high heat.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in the skillet, watching the chicken, don't run off for 4-5 minutes.
- Use a grater to cut the cooked chicken breast fillet into strips so you don't get large chunks of chicken in your delicious soup.
- In a medium saucepan, scoop out 2 cups of white rice, then add 2 cups of water and cook for 10 minutes or less.
- Fill a large pot with water and place it on the stove over high heat until it boils.
- After bubbling, add a 12-ounce can of butterfly paste until cooked through.
- Then in a separate saucepan, sprinkle with 4 ounces of chicken stock, then add vegetables to 3 stalks of celery, 3 rinsed and grated carrots, 1/4 cup chopped scallions, 1 red bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper
- Then add 1 tablespoon of red chilies and 1/2 tablespoon of hot sauce, along with salt and pepper.
- Once hot, turn off the heat and stir gently with a wooden spoon.
- And serve in a bowl, take a spoon and dig into it.
You will also find that as you gain experience and confidence, you will often improvise and adapt your food to suit your personal preferences. If you prefer more or fewer ingredients, or want a recipe that tastes less or spicier, you can make simple adjustments to achieve that goal. Simple, it immediately starts making your people sandwich.
