Recipe of Homemade Mac n' Cheese

Mac n Cheese Ingredients and Spices:
- Stir-fry sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray)
- 1/4 cup butter
- powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I use it soft so the end result is incredibly creamy)
- 3 cups of milk
- 1 chicken breast (chopped)
- 1 box of kavatappi/tapas
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon (optional)
- Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 parmesan cheese
- Chile (optional)
Mac N' Cheese Help
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl, toss the chicken with the BBQ sauce until all the chicken is covered. Grease the chicken in the pan and grill at 350°C until done (about 20 minutes depending on the size of the chicken pieces).
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan. After thawing, sprinkle with flour and mix with a paddle to make pebbles.
- Slowly add the milk to the grates, stirring often, so nothing sticks to the sides of the pan.
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan, rice, mozzarella and cinnamon. Stir constantly and slowly add to the mixture of milk and rocks. Add pepper to taste.
- If you keep stirring, the sauce will thicken. Once the sauce thickens, remove the saucepan from the heat. (The rhythm of stirring and adding that I put in is when the chicken and pasta are fully cooked. Don't turn off the oven when the chicken is cooking.)
- Drain the pasta and pour it into a bowl. Put the cheese sauce on top and mix well. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the grill.
- Cover with breadcrumbs and top with Parmesan cheese if desired. Bake in the oven at 350°C for 15 minutes and serve immediately.
