  2. Chop the basil leaves and add them to the slow cooker.
  3. Add a pinch of pepper and a pinch of salt to the slow cooker.
  4. Stir and add water to slow cooker, 1/4 cup at a time, until desired consistency.
  5. Let the peppers cook for 2-4 hours and enjoy them for up to 8 hours!
