- Grind the contents of the pan and add nutmeg, salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper to taste.
- Mix well to combine.
- Meanwhile, prepare a large pot of boiling water.
- Add pasta and simmer al dente for about 8 minutes according to package directions.
- Drain and pour into a large bowl.
- Stir in zucchini mixture, ricotta, cedarwood and 4 tablespoons (1/4) Parmesan.

- Spread the pasta mixture evenly over it.
- Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the paper and bake another 30 to 40 minutes until golden and brown on the surface.
