  1. Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta according to package directions (usually 14-15 minutes, but do not overcook). Drain and rinse with cold water, drain again.
  2. Meanwhile, sauté the red onion and turkey in a large skillet until the meat is tender. Combine chili powder, cream cheese and 1/2 tbsp. until the taco sauce is combined. Add 1/2st. grated cheese
  3. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in each bowl. Arrange the mussels in an 11" x 7" baking dish greased with cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining taco sauce and cover.
  4. Bake until hot, 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake until cheese is melted, 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with the garnish suggested above.
