- Using your hands or a rolling pin, press each cake into a 4-inch round shape.
- Place 1 meatball and 2 tablespoons marinara in the center of each circle of dough. Put two tablespoons of cheese on top.
- Wrap the dough around the meatballs and cheese and press to seal the edges. Place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving the oiled area exposed. Continue until all cookies have expired.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. Spoon evenly over each biscuit.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot!
