- Parboil the vegetables like corn, beans, and carrots. Sieve them and keep them aside. In a deep pot, add oil, garlic, zucchini, and bell pepper. Saute, add in the tomato puree and cook. Add the vegetable stock and add salt, pepper, rest of the vegetables, sugar, and tobasco sauce. Add in the tomato sauce and boiled pasta.
